White-label reporting for SEO and AI visibility with your name on every report

Every month your client gets a report under your logo, domain and colors: Google rankings, AI mentions across 25+ platforms, traffic, leads, what changed and what happens next. Each result is compared with a baseline taken before work began, and you choose how much detail goes into the client's copy.

White-label reporting, explained

What a branded monthly report should show and how to present it

White-label reporting is the monthly performance report an agency sends its client, produced by EliteLeadGrow and carrying the agency's logo, domain and colors. It covers Google rankings, AI mentions across 25+ platforms, traffic, leads, what changed and next steps, all compared with a baseline taken before work began. The agency decides how much detail the client sees.

What goes in a monthly white-label report?

A monthly report answers one question for the client: is this working, and what happens next? It contains rankings, AI mentions across 25+ platforms, traffic, leads, a plain list of what changed, and next steps. The baseline sits behind every number, so progress is measured against where the client started.

Each section exists to answer a specific question and has a specific reader. The owner reads the summary and the leads. The marketing contact reads rankings, traffic and the change log. Whoever signs the renewal reads the comparison with the baseline.

What carries your brand?

Reports and client logins carry your logo, domain and colors, and so do client-facing emails. Nothing the client touches shows the EliteLeadGrow name. You supply the logo, domain and colors during setup, and branded reports are issued from the first month.

Check your own side before the first send. Open a sample as the client would, confirm the logo reads well on light and dark backgrounds, and have someone outside your team follow the login link. A broken logo in month one costs more credibility than a late report.

How much detail should the agency share?

As much as the client can use, and no more. The agency decides, because the report holds more than most clients want. A workable rule: share what the client can act on or will be asked about by their boss, and share raw data when an in-house marketer will otherwise ask for it.

Do not hold back a section because the numbers are poor. The flat-month section below covers how to handle that. Beyond that, the detail level is a sales choice, and it can differ for every client.

  • Summary only: one page for owners who want the answer and the plan
  • Standard: the summary plus rankings, AI mentions, traffic, leads and the change log
  • Full: the standard report plus query-level and platform-level data, for clients with an in-house marketer

How do you report AI visibility next to rankings?

Report them in two panels, because they behave differently. A ranking is a position for a query and is fairly steady from day to day. An AI mention is closer to a probability: ask an assistant the same question twice and the answer may differ. So report AI visibility as the share of tracked questions where the business is named, platform by platform, plus who is named instead.

Do not blend the two into one score, and do not describe an AI mention as a rank. Give each panel its own commentary. Rankings move with search updates and link work. AI mentions move with consistent business facts, citations and content. Tracking covers 25+ AI platforms alongside Google, so the client sees both channels in one document.

How do you show baseline versus current?

Capture the baseline before any work ships, then show every metric as baseline, last month and this month. The baseline includes ranking positions for the target searches, which AI platforms name the business for the tracked questions, the crawl health of the site, and the previous period's traffic and leads.

Keep comparisons fair: same questions, same platforms, same tracking points. For seasonal businesses compare with the same month last year as well as last month, otherwise a quiet winter reads as failure. Never rewrite the baseline afterwards. If the tracked set has to change, start a second series and label it.

How do you present a report on a client call?

Start with the answer, then the evidence. Open with one sentence on the direction of travel, then walk the report in a fixed order. The same order every month means the client learns where to look.

Send the report a day ahead, so the call is for decisions and not for reading. Let the client steer toward the numbers they care about, and end by agreeing the next step in writing.

  • One-sentence verdict first
  • Baseline versus now
  • Two wins, in the client's terms (calls and enquiries, not jargon)
  • One problem, and what you are doing about it
  • Next steps and who owns each

How do you report honestly when a month is flat?

Say it is flat in the first sentence, then say why. Flat months happen: search results are measured in months, fixes take time to be recrawled, and seasonality or a competitor's move can cancel gains. A report that opens with good news and buries a flat month teaches the client to distrust the next one.

Sort the likely causes: lag between shipping work and seeing it, seasonality, a search or platform update, a competitor change, or a problem with the site or the tracking. Show what was done this month separately from what moved, so the client sees effort and outcome apart. Then say whether the plan stays or changes, and why. Do not swap in a metric that looks better, and do not redraw the baseline.

How branded reporting gets set up

  1. Send your brand

Your logo, domain and colors go on reports and logins during setup.

  2. Capture the baseline

Rankings, AI mentions, site health, traffic and leads are recorded before the work starts.

  3. Choose the detail level

Decide per client whether they get a summary, the standard report or the full data.

  4. Read it before the client does

The monthly report arrives under your name. Read it, add your own view and note any questions to expect.

  5. Hold the review call

Walk through the report, agree next steps and keep the plan moving.

White-label reporting questions

Rankings, AI mentions across 25+ platforms, traffic, leads, a list of what changed and next steps, all compared with a baseline. It carries your logo, domain and colors.

Yes. Reports and client logins carry your branding, and so do client-facing emails. Nothing the client touches shows the EliteLeadGrow name.

More than 25, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot, shown next to Google rankings so the client sees both channels together.

Yes. You decide how much of the detail reaches the client, from a one-page summary to the full data. The level can differ by client.

Monthly. Each report covers what changed since last month and sets out the plan for the month ahead, so you can walk the client through it.

AI answers vary between runs and shift as platforms update their models and sources. Treat one month as a sample and judge direction over several months against the baseline.

They track the leads, calls and sales that came from search and AI, as far as the client's own data allows. A report with rankings but no leads answers only half of the owner's question.

Say so first, explain the likely cause, separate effort from outcome, and state whether the plan changes. The flat-month section above sets out how.
