White-label SEO, explained

What you actually get when you resell SEO through a partner

White-label SEO is search engine optimization carried out by a specialist team and delivered under your agency's name. EliteLeadGrow fixes the technical problems, writes and tunes the pages, earns the links and citations, and returns reports with your logo, domain and colors. Your clients deal only with you, and you set the price they pay.

What does white-label SEO cover?

It covers the full working stack of search optimization, split into six workstreams. Each one has a visible result for your client and a body of work behind it that your team never has to staff.

You can resell the whole stack on one retainer or sell workstreams separately. A client who only needs a clean-up can buy technical SEO alone, then add content once the site is healthy.

The six SEO workstreams and who does what
WorkstreamWhat we do behind the scenesWhat your client sees
Technical SEOSpeed, mobile and crawlability fixes, redirect and broken-page clean-up, structured dataA faster site with fewer errors and a list of what was fixed
On-pageTitles, headings and meta tuned to search intent, internal links, content structurePages that match what people type into search
ContentKeyword and question research, briefs, drafts and editing to the client's voiceNew pages that target real searches, on a planned schedule
Links and citationsOutreach and placement, directory and listing clean-up, review-collection supportMentions on trusted sites and correct business listings
Local signalsLocation pages, map-pack signals and listing consistency for nearby searchesBetter visibility for 'near me' searches
ReportingTracking of rankings, traffic and leads, written up monthlyA branded report in plain English with next steps
Every deliverable is branded with your agency's logo, domain and colors.

How does the work stay invisible to your client?

Your brand goes on every surface the client touches. You give us your logo, your domain and your colors during setup, and reports, logins and emails are issued under them. Nothing client-facing carries the EliteLeadGrow name.

That is the whole point of the arrangement: the relationship, the credit and the renewal belong to you. We behave like a department of your agency that happens to sit somewhere else.

Why does SEO still matter now that AI answers exist?

Because AI answers are built on top of search. Google's AI answers draw on the classic Google index, and assistants that search through Bing, such as ChatGPT Search and Copilot, depend on how a page ranks there. A site that search engines cannot crawl or understand is also a site that AI cannot quote.

That makes technical and on-page SEO the foundation of any GEO or AEO program. Agencies that sell both give clients one plan instead of two competing ones. The AI side of the offer is covered on the white-label GEO page.

What does a month of white-label SEO look like?

Month one starts with an audit and a baseline, so every later result is measured against where the client started. Fixes are ordered by impact and effort, and the first round usually goes to technical problems that block everything else.

After that the work runs as a repeating cycle. We review last month's data, ship the next round of fixes and pages, build links and citations, and write the report. You walk the client through it and agree what happens next.

  • Baseline audit: rankings, crawl health and what AI says about the business today
  • Fixes shipped in priority order, with a plain-English note on each
  • New or improved pages built around questions customers actually ask
  • Links and citations placed on sites search engines and AI already trust
  • A branded monthly report and a plan for the month ahead

How should you price white-label SEO to your clients?

Price to the value of the outcome, not to the hours behind it. You pay a fixed wholesale partner rate for each service, and your margin is the retail price minus that rate. Because the rate is fixed, you can quote a retainer with confidence before the work starts.

Most agencies choose one of three shapes: a single monthly retainer that bundles the stack, tiered packages that add services at each level, or a one-off audit and clean-up followed by a smaller monthly plan. The pricing page walks through each shape and how to calculate your margin.

When is white-label SEO the wrong choice?

It is a poor fit if you want to do every task yourself and treat SEO as a craft your team owns. It is also a poor fit if a client contract forbids subcontracting and the client will not agree to change that.

If neither applies, the main question is capacity. White-label works best for agencies that already have clients asking for search results and would rather sell and manage than recruit, train and retain a specialist team.

How to start reselling SEO

  1. Apply and scope

A short call about your agency, your client mix and which services you want to sell first.

  2. Set up your brand

Send your logo, domain and colors. Reports and logins are issued under them from day one.

  3. Onboard your first client

Share the client's details. We run the audit and set the baseline, usually the quickest way to go live.

  4. Report and renew

Branded reports arrive monthly. You present the wins, agree next steps and keep the margin.

Questions

White-label SEO questions

White-label SEO is search optimization done by a specialist partner and delivered under your agency's brand. The partner does the technical, content, on-page and link work. You present the results, own the client relationship and set the price.

No. Reports, logins and client-facing emails carry your logo, domain and colors. We work as your invisible delivery team, so the credit and the renewal stay with you.

No. You need to be able to sell, manage the client relationship and read a report. Our team handles the delivery, so you do not have to hire, train or supervise specialists.

That is your decision. You pay a fixed wholesale partner rate for each service and choose the retail price. The difference is your margin. The pricing page explains how agencies structure retainers and how to work out your own numbers.

Search results are usually measured in months, not days, and the time depends on competition and the site's starting point. Technical fixes can show effects sooner than rankings for competitive terms. Every report compares progress to a baseline captured before the work began.

Yes. Many agencies start with a single workstream or an audit and add services once the client sees the first results. You can sell the full stack or any part of it.

That is up to you. Many agencies describe delivery partners as part of their extended team, and your client agreement should state that work may be performed by subcontractors. Being straightforward in the contract avoids surprises later.

SEO and GEO are separate services in our stack, and they work best together. GEO (also called AEO) gets a business named in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. See the white-label GEO page for what that involves.
